In this interactive session, defense consultant Pete Morford will present an overview of the Project Management Institute’s renowned project management model, keying on three important processes. 

Drawing on his previous career serving at sea in the US Navy, Pete will also explore a proven leadership model that provides the foundation of Pete’s current knowledge management project, and is applicable to anyone charged with getting results.
