Talent Management

 

Have you been tasked with implementing a Talent Management system in your organization?  Employees today want information quickly and to move up within an organization faster than every before. Does your organization have what it takes to keep employees engaged and growing? Are you ready to fill key positions in future?  These are questions you should be asking yourself.

  • Participate in a talent management exercise
  • Start a discussion with your employer regarding the importance of talent management

Jeff Gehris is the Human Resource Generalist for Langley Federal Credit Union (LFCU) in Newport News, VA.  He is a graduate of St. Leo University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Master’s in Business.  In his current position with LFCU, he is the career coach for employees of all levels who are interested in pursuing a long-term career with the organization as well as the lead Recruiter for the Credit Union.  Jeff has been an active member in the Southeast (SEVA) Chapter serving as VP Membership, President, and Director and a National ATD member since 1998.  He received his CPLP designation from the ATD Career Institute in May 2011.
